Am I a candidate for coaching?

Coaching may be perfect for you if you're ready to make a shift in your personal or professional life. Those seeking clarity, direction, guidance, and balance are great candidates for coaching!

With an open mind and a readiness to take action, you'll reap the benefits of a one-on-one session with me.

How should I prepare?

Please select a private, quiet space where you can speak honestly and openly without interruptions. Have something to write with and something to write on.

How many sessions will it take to see results?

Change can happen in minutes or days, varying for each individual based on their willingness to explore new thinking, self-reflect, and take action. Your commitment drives your results. While everyone has their own timeframe, my goal is to help you progress and reach your destination.

Is coaching similar to therapy?

Therapy relies heavily on discussing the past whereas coaching focus primarily on the present and the future. Our goal in coaching is to discover new thinking versus old thinking and old stories.

Is coaching the same as mentoring or consulting?

You may experience a blend of coaching, mentoring, and consulting. Each individual's session differs, including your own individual sessions.

My approach to pure coaching is based on the world class International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards which consists of guiding and empowering clients toward self-awareness and discovering their own answers that always lie within.

Mentoring involves suggestions based on tried and true evidence from my personal and professional experiences.

Consulting involves direct instruction on how to improve a skill, approach a goal, and/or manage challenges.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Expect to spend 30-60 uninterrupted minutes partnering with me to identify your focused goal, tap into your inner wisdom, explore your options for change, and commit to actions that will move you forward.

You'll experience a blend of strategies designed to enhance your clarity, vision, and commitment. Shifts take place when we move beyond known thinking and discover new thinking.
