Bring something to write with and something to write on, and come with an open mind.

How many sessions will it take to see results?

Change can happen in minutes or days, varying for each individual based on their willingness to explore new thinking, self-reflect, and take action. Your commitment drives your results. While everyone has their own timeframe, my goal is to help you progress and reach your destination.

Is coaching similar to therapy?

Therapy often focuses on exploring the past, while coaching centers on the present and moving toward the future. In our sessions, revisiting past experiences serves a specific purpose: to uncover how certain events have shaped current patterns, allowing us to finally break free and move forward.

Coaching is about discovering new thinking rather than dwelling on old stories.

As the International Coaching Federation (ICF) explains: Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present, and moving toward the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology, emotions, and the past to understand the present, working more with developing skills for managing emotions or past issues than does coaching.

This distinction highlights the forward-focused, growth-driven nature of coaching.

Is coaching the same as mentoring or consulting?

You may experience a blend of coaching, mentoring, and consulting, tailored to your unique needs. Each session is personalized, including your individual sessions.

Mentoring provides suggestions based on proven strategies from my personal and professional experiences.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Expect to spend 45-60 uninterrupted minutes partnering with me to explore your options for change and commit to actions that will move you forward.
